Keep up the good work. It is sad but it appears Vodafone simply do not care. Hopefully you will get loads of support for this site and it may persuade Vodafone to wake up and service their customers. Have you considered a press release. Let us pile on the pressure until Vodafone does what they are chaging us for.
Hi Ray, thank you for the comment. The inspiration for this site was sadly borne from our own frustration in seeking customer support. There seem to be many other customers facing similar difficulties.
The response has been fantastic so far, and we have plenty more to come
This is the kind of site that VF should get their act together and host and update. A service status page with a traffic light indicator is what is needed.
I shall definitely check here in future before calling the wretched 0870 number and thinking the problem is with my kit.
