As with any service, the platform that Vodafone Sure Signal devices connect to can have its moments. In response to requests from visitors to notsosuresignal.com our outages pages keep a record of occurrences of the platform being unavailable for a substantial number of users. Unfortunately Vodafone refuse to provide reasons for service outages to ‘maintain the integrity of the platform’ but if we’re able to find out what went on, we’ll be sure to let you know.
If you suspect an outage, you’ve previously had your Sure Signal device working and it’s suddenly stopped allowing you to make calls or fails to reregister then do report an outage so we can let other people know.
